Perfect for up to 4 guests to enjoy a break on Scotland’s Black Isle peninsula, this 2-bedroom pet-friendly fisherman’s cottage offers a blend of modern style and convenience and traditional charm. Located in the town of Cromarty close to the waters of the Cromarty Firth, it’s perfect as a home base for exploring local attractions.

On the ground floor you’ll find a welcoming lounge area with space to spread out on its two comfortable sofas, as well as a TV with Freeview channels, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, a selection of games and books, and that extra touch of a wood-burning stove to add a warming, inviting ambience.

The superbly equipped kitchen includes all the modern appliances you need for your self-catering break, with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, as well as a range of kitchenware and a dishwasher and washing machine to keep things clean. Sit down for a meal at the pine dining table, unwind on the two-seater settee, and put on some tunes with the iPod dock. Also on the ground floor you’ll find the family bathroom, with a bath and separate double shower.

Upstairs are the cottage’s two bedrooms, one featuring a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and dressing table, while the other is a twin bedroom with two single beds, a bedside cabinet with a lamp, and a chest of drawers.

Right outside the front door is a gravelled area with seating, perfect for soaking up the ambience of this old-fashioned area of Cromarty. This accommodation is ideal for enjoying the appeal of this waterside town, or heading out and exploring the rest of the beautiful Black Isle peninsula.
