The Cottage at Cauldcoats is a charming former stable which has been converted into a great holiday cottage in what seems like the middle of nowhere. It’s easy to forget that you’re less than a mile from junction 3 of the M9 motorway and 2 miles from the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow. When you’re not out enjoying the fruits of Linlithgow’s shops, bars and restaurants, or at Blackness enjoying the castle or a walk on the beach, then the cottage offers a peaceful sanctuary to gather yourselves and relax with a cuppa or a glass of wine.
Through the door and down three small steps, along the hallway and there is the bright open plan living area with skylight windows. On summer days open the formal stable doors and relax in the outside seating area where you can enjoy the sounds of the countryside. Beach 1 mile. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
