The property also comprises a ground-floor bathroom with bath and shower over, a kitchen and a living/dining room. Outside, there is off-road parking in the driveway and an enclosed courtyard. Nearby, the Victorian spa town of Bridge of Allan rests at the foot of the Ochil Hills, offering picturesque walking trails through scenic rolling countryside, and has a history dating back to the Iron Age. Today, the town is prosperous and home to a golf club, a selection of shops and restaurants and Stirling University. Much of central Scotland is within easy reach; Dunblane boasts great rail links to Glasgow, Edinburgh and St Andrews, while Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park a short drive to the north.
