The Beach House is a wonderful semi-detached period property which can be found on the picturesque Fylde Coast, in the family friendly resort of St Annes-on-the-Sea. A mere half mile from the sandy seafront and promenade are ample amenities, with the continental and spacious St Annes Square just around the corner. On the way to St Annes Square you will pass Ashton Gardens which is home to play areas and bowling greens, along with the Pavilion Tea Room and Restaurant.
Just south of the bright lights and razzmatazz of Blackpool, St Annes is brimming with tradition, with bandstands, paddling pools, cafés, tea rooms and golf courses, including the illustrious Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club. Pride of place on the seafront, you’ll find the laughing statue of the late, great Les Dawson, and on the other side of Fairhaven Lake, you’ll find the neighbouring town of Lytham. For people who love this stretch of the North West UK coastline, you can also explore Fleetwood, Cleveleys and the market town of Poulton-le-Fylde, all of which are all easily accessible in under half an hour. Finally for those who want to give their cars a rest, St Annes on the Sea train station is just ½ mile from the cottage. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
