An absolutely delightful, end-terraced cottage built circa 1700 and situated right in the heart of this award winning village. Formerly the village butchers shop the cottage has been tastefully transformed into a wonderfully spacious and fully modernized holiday home. Located directly opposite the banks of the pretty, winding River Yarrow the cottage is ideally positioned for enjoying the many delights Croston has to offer, from its welcoming pubs to its many historic features. Croston itself is the perfect location from which to explore this popular part of the world with Southport, the Martin Mere Wildlife sanctuary and Camelot Theme Park being just a short drive away.

Ground floor - kitchen, family/dining area. First floor -two double bedrooms with king sized beds, bathroom with roll top bath, shower cubicle, toilet and basin, and small lounge area. Second floor - spacious lounge, bathroom with toilet and basin. (Extra double bedroom available on request at an extra charge).

Gas central heating - all fuel and power is included in the rent. Cot, high chair, two colour TVs, video, DVD player, CD player, wi-fi broadband available, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Bed linen and towels are included. Parking for 2 cars. Garden and courtyard areas with furniture and barbecue. Sorry no pets. N.B.
