Sutton Barn is a beautiful semi-detached stone-built barn conversion located in the rural village of Hope Mansell, just 6 miles from Ross-on-Wye. This property is conveniently located with easy access to the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley. There is a local pub and restaurant located only 2½ miles away and the nearby village of Drybrook has a shop for any last minute supplies just 3 miles away. South Herefordshire Golf Club is 5 miles away. Surrounding Sutton Barn are wonderful scenic walks, cycle trails and an abundance of wildlife.
The cottage itself has been successfully converted to offer quality accommodation with a cosy and charming cottage atmosphere, including flag stone floors and exposed beams, surrounded by hills and countryside. The cottage comfortably sleeps four with one of the bedrooms located on the first floor and the second on the ground floor, great for couples travelling together. On the ground floor, you will find a beautifully presented kitchen/dining room. The living area is a characterful and cosy space to relax and unwind in front of the wood burner after a long day.
