Kitchen/Dining Room/Sitting Room: Downstairs is open plan with flagstone floors and underfloor heating.
Kitchen area: has a Range oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.
Sitting room area: has an L-shaped sofa for four, TV with Sky+, log burner with a starter basket of logs (more can be purchased from the shop in the main barn), games, books, ordnance survey maps, table and seating for 4.
Downstairs WC.. First Floor
Master Bedroom (sleeps two), Double bed. En-suite shower room to master bedroom.

BBQ and table and chairs for four out the front of the barn. Lots of communal space including fields and seating areas.. A little country lane winds gently down the hill, descending deep into the beautiful and serene little valley where this fabulous barn is set on a small farm.
Step into The Bothy and you will find that’s it’s been lovingly and tastefully furnished and decorated, the uncluttered design immediately invites relaxation. Open plan in layout, downstairs the log burner keeps you nice and warm in the cooler months and also offers a lovely social space for all to enjoy. Upstairs charming and cosy bedrooms greet you and offer the luxury of both having their own en-suite so no need to share!
The unique thing about staying here is that there is a stunning recently renovated chill-out barn that is shared with a few glamping tents and another cottage. A great place to chill out, it has Sky TV, a library, games, a lounge and dining area, the all-important honesty bar, fire-place, farm shop and local award winning tea and coffee (and sometimes even cake!). The owners also offer yummy daily breakfasts and communal dinners up to 3 times a week made from fresh farm produce. Well behaved dogs are also welcome!
Staying here you can expect a truly spectacular rural setting, off the beaten track, where the stars shine bright at night. Nestled at the foothills of the Black Mountains, only a stone’s throw from famous Hay-on-Wye and the Brecon Beacons National Park, so if you can manage to drag yourself away from the farm, there is plenty to do in the area.
