The apartment has a spacious modern open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which is furnished to a very high standard and includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine.

With 2 double bedrooms and a good quality Z bed the apartment comfortably fits 5 guests. Alongside the family bathroom there is an en suite shower room off the main bedroom. There is WIFI, smart TVS in the lounge and both bedrooms for access to your Netflix account and a Playstation 3 with various games for you to try. There is underground allocated car parking and a lock up surf cage with body boards and windbreaks for your use during your stay.

With stunning views of the coastal path and beach from the lounge balcony this is the perfect property for beach lovers and coastal walkers.

Zenith 16 is perfect for families and couples aged 25 plus. We are unable to accept dogs, For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.

Located in Newquay, this apartment is by the ocean. Lighthouse Cinema and Dairyland Farm World are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Newquay Zoo and Oasis Fun Pools. Blue Reef Aquarium and Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay are also worth visiting.
