Penwerris is situated in a quiet location within a few minutes walk to the beach and nearby shop. This property is situated on level ground and has parking right beside. Kitchen - Large and fairly modern kitchen with a full sized Cooker. Under counter fridge with small freezer compartment. Open planned kitchen/ lounge. There is also a microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with saucepans, frying pans, cutlery, utensils, mugs, glasses, bowls and plates. The kitchen will have everything you need to make a meal. Lounge - Spacious living room consisting of two, three seater sofas. There is also a large folding dining table with chairs. There is a small flat screen digital TV with a built in DVD player. Shower room - There is a fitted shower cubicle with an electric shower and a large sink. There are cupboards for storage under the sink and a unit to place toiletries, soap, toothbrushes on etc. The shower room has a heated towel rail. WC. Bedroom One - Light and spacious double bedroom with a double bed, double duvet and four pillows. There is a built in wardrobe, a bedside shelf and a bedside table at the bottom of the bed. This bedroom has views overlooking the park. Bedroom Two- A light bedroom containing a single bed, a chest of three draws, a bedside table. The room will have two single duvets and four pillows Bedroom Three – A light double bedroom. The bedroom consists of a double bed, a built in wardrobe with four small draws, a bedside table and lamp. There will be a double duvet and four pillows provided in this bedroom. There are views from the window of the site. This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.
