The cities of York (31 miles) and Harrogate (20 miles) make for great day trips, providing an abundance of attractions to appeal to all ages. Families will enjoy the nearby attractions of Lightwater Valley (8.5 miles), Monk Park Farm (9.5 miles) and the World of James Herriot (7 miles). Enter this semi detached converted barn into the spacious open plan living area with space to leave coats and boots at the door. Neutral decor, soft lighting and stone flooring throughout make this a welcoming space to cook up a meal in the sleek kitchen to enjoy at the large wooden dining table with bench seating. Those not involved in the cooking can keep the chefs company on the comfortable sofa or armchairs, perhaps with a film on the Smart TV. In the evenings, retire to the lounge while the musician of the family strikes up a tune on the piano, or pop a film on the Smart TV as you relax in front of the wood burner. Underfloor heating makes it extra cosy. Patio doors lead to the garden, bringing the outside in on warm days. Upstairs, two large en suite bedrooms with Juliet balconies and Smart TVs are lovely spaces to unwind after long days out. Outside, enjoy a soak in the private hot tub on the enclosed patio, and fire up the BBQ which can be provided on request to dine al fresco. Enjoy a walk through the owners farmland on a designated route and help yourself to eggs from the hen pen.
