There is an additional mezzanine floor, complete with a day bed, TV and PS3, a wonderful escape for children and adults alike. There is much to be appreciated outside also; step through the French doors in the lounge leading directly onto an attractive landscape patio set beside a horses' paddock. Outdoor furniture is provided so you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining during the warmer months. As you make the most of your outside space, enjoy the additional company of the horses next door, perfect if you have little ones with you! Off road parking is available.
