North Yorkshire. Sleeps up to 4

Wonderfully set in a pretty Yorkshire village, with maypole on the village green, mini supermarket and traditional pub, this property is a wonderful escape for friends or families. York (3.5 miles) is famous for its historic city centre, with the National Railway Museum, Jorvik Viking Centre and the iconic Minster particular highlights. Snaking north to south through the centre of the city is The Shambles, a cobbled, medieval shopping street. Alternatively, the elegant town of Harrogate is 18 miles away, which boasts a historic spa where you can spend a day indulging in some relaxation, or you can browse the shops or indulge in an afternoon tea. The cottage is decorated with an eclectic mix of furnishings and original features, including beams. You enter either through the kitchen or lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a full size dishwasher. Enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar or take your homecooked evening meal into the living room and dine around the table. The lounge is designed to be homely with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. style. There are two large bedrooms with original beams one has a double bed and the other has two single zip and link beds (that can be made up as a super king size on request). They are both light and airy, and the bathroom has a large shower enclosure and WC. Externally, there is a small terrace with garden furniture. Plenty of off road parking available
