This property is in the heart of Cornwall and is an excellent base from which to explore this glorious area. The delightful fishing town of Padstow is just a ten minute drive away, and the hugely popular town of Newquay, with its five famous beaches, is also situated nearby. Other local towns and villages include Port Isaac, the picturesque town portrayed in TV s Doc Martin, the surfing mecca of Polzeath, and the magnificent cathedral city Truro. The fascinating Birds of Prey Centre is within walking distance. Other attractions include the Lappa Valley Steam Railway, the Oasis Fun Pool, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project and Cornwall Crealy Adventure Park. Nestling within a cluster of similar properties and located close to the A39 for easy access to explore the county. This single level accommodation is an attractive and elegant lodge. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan, but still cosy and comfy. The lounge area is bright and cheerful, with a Smart TV and DVD if you want to stay in with a good movie. The spacious kitchen area has all you will need for your stay: an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area is situated by the French doors, affording attractive external views and opening the space out onto the decking. The property offers three comfortable and attractive bedrooms: one double with en suite shower and WC, one double and one twin. You will also find a bathroom with WC and shower over the bath. Heading outside, you will find a lawn and decked area with seating and BBQ. There is also a coarse fishing lake on site for keen anglers. Plenty of off road parking is available next to the property.
