With three bedrooms (two small doubles and one twin), lounge with views towards the estuary, well equipped kitchen and shower room, Heloan is a great space for families to enjoy a coastal getaway. Heloan enjoys an elevated position and outdoor space with picnic table which takes in views across the park and towards the estuary. A great space to sit and enjoy leisurely evening meals, or slow morning coffees… Bedroom 1 - 4'6" double bed, wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - 4'0" double bed, wardrobe. Bedroom 3 - 2 x 3'0" single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Lounge/Diner - 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee, dining table and chairs, digi TV. Kitchen - Cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine. Shower Room - Fitted shower cubicle, W.H.B. & separate W.C.
