Interesting places to visit in the immediate area are Loftus Hall, reputedly Ireland’s most haunted house, which offers guided walks and holds themed nights such as tapas and wine, and the fabulous Hook Lighthouse, the world’s oldest and ’flashiest’ operational lighthouse, both within a 5 minute drive or a leisurely scenic coastal walk away.
