Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder at £5 per basket. Welcome pack. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture, summerhouse and gas barbecue. Use of owners’ garden available on request. 2 small dogs welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fountain in the grounds.. Set on the outskirts of the charming village of Pencombe, this semi-detached cottage was originally part of the coach house and stables for Pencombe Hall, which was built by the Arkwright family in 1862, and is steeped in history and full of character. Coachman’s Cottage is attached to the owners’ property around a courtyard and retains many of the original features. It is set within approximately 1 acre of gardens and enjoys its own private garden and patio to the rear, as well as a fabulous summerhouse, perfect for enjoying barbecues on summer evenings.

Pencombe is situated between the city of Hereford and the charming town of Leominster, full of quirky shops, bars and restaurants for visitors to enjoy exploring. For the more active guests, walking is plentiful in this beautiful spot. Docklow Pools is 4 miles away and offers a wonderful spot to enjoy lunch. It also offers nine established fishing lakes, perfect for carp and catfish fishing. Nearby is the famous Chase Distillery, where you can enjoy a tour and also take part in a tasting experience, maybe take some back to enjoy in the comfort of your holiday cottage. The original Hampton Court, with its wonderful gardens is 4 miles away, almost on the doorstep. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
