Cosy Nook is a traditional terraced cottage built over three floors, and taking advantage of the elevated position with views of Wansfell.
This characterful former bobbin mill worker’s cottage has a bright and airy open plan ground floor accommodation, with ample comfortable seating, a fold-away dining table and a kitchen area. A staircase leads to the first floor with the double bedroom enjoying further views through the pretty cottage style window. The adjacent bathroom has a modern suite and is fully tiled. The second floor, accessed via a narrow staircase, has a further double bedroom, along with a modern en-suite shower room.
Outside there is private parking for one vehicle, and a small bench seating area where a morning coffee or evening drink can be enjoyed.
Located in a quiet and peaceful area of Ambleside, yet Cosy Nook is just a short walk from the centre of the town, where you will find an excellent range of shops, cafés and traditional Lakeland pubs. Walkers don’t have far to travel to enjoy some of the finest fell walks, or for a more relaxing way to enjoy the scenery, why not take a Windermere cruise from the nearby Waterhead pier? Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
