Understated luxury is the order of the day, at this peaceful and super-stylish holiday home, accommodating ten guests in the pretty village of Ringstead. With a large kitchen/dining room with bi-fold doors leading out to a lovely well-tended garden, this beautiful holiday house is just two miles from the stunning sandy beaches at Old Hunstanton and Holme-next-the-Sea and with stunning country views

With beautiful interiors, sprinkled with stylish, personal touches, this well-loved family holiday home offers a warm welcome to all whom choose to stay. Overlooking open countryside to the front and rear, The Potting Shed is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Ringstead, where you’ll find a fabulous pub/restaurant (stocking no less than 100 gin’s!), a wonderfully quirky village shop stocking all the essentials (plus everything you didn’t think you needed!) and some great walks along the Peddar’s Way and over the Ringstead downs. Bring your cycles and you can pedal down to the beach about 2 ½ miles away. Plus there’s great golfing to be found at Old Hunstanton’s famous Links course too.

This very well-equipped and special abode provides a tranquil escape for all the family to kick back and unwind together; be it for a short break to celebrate a special occasion; or for a longer stay. With a very light and bright open-plan kitchen/dining area with bi-fold doors to the garden, the kitchen is probably one of the best-equipped we’ve seen! So if you love cooking, you’ll love The Potting Shed! If not the pub is just a short walk away. The owner has paid immense attention to detail to all the furnishings and it’s the little touches that make this place special. Each of the bedrooms are bedecked with fine linens in neutral hues. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with downstairs WC. The master king-size bedroom on the first floor boasts a lovely view to the front and comes with its own en-suite shower room; plus there are two further double rooms, one with a further en-suite and a bunk room perfect for two children, served by a family bathroom.

Potter around the sunny garden to your hearts content, which is perfect for alfresco dining on summer days. As the sun fades, head inside and enjoy the warmth of the wood burning stove in the spacious sitting room which comes with plenty of games and books to keep everyone amused.

Ringstead is a great location to explore the whole of the North Norfolk coast and with a good pub serving great food and with its own private dining room for special occasions, this is a great house if you want to enjoy family and friends together-time. Thornham Deli which serves excellent breakfasts and lunches, plus great coffee is just a short drive away and you have the village of Thornham with its three good pub/restaurants, farm shop, restaurant in a yurt and probably the trendiest fish and chip bar along the coast, ‘Eric’s’, just a short drive away!

Very spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room with windows to the rear and side and french doors and bi-fold doors out onto the terrace and garden. A large range of base and wall units with sit-up bar with four bar stools. The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with an induction hob, extractor fan, two electric ovens, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, The dining area has a vaulted ceiling with two velux windows, a table seating 8-10 people, dresser and armchair. Understairs storage cupboard. Door leading to utility room.

Perfect for storing boots and coats, washing machine/tumble dryer, window to the rear, back door to garden.

First Floor:

Garden
The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and includes a wrap-around terrace with garden furniture including a table and chairs and deckchairs.
The front of the house in approached via a five bar gate and shingle driveway. There is plenty of off-road parking for three to four cars to the front of the property.
Guests may be staying at The Bothy annexe at the rear of the garden. It has privacy screening access, but does overlook the bottom of the garden.

Additional Information:
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
The Bothy annexe in the garden can be booked separately, guests can access it via a screened path down the side of the garden. There is a shared driveway with The Bothy.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of £500 will be taken on booking this property.

Located in Hunstanton, this vacation home is by the sea. Princess Theatre and Bircham Windmill are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hunstanton Golf Club and Norfolk Coast Path - West. Traveling with kids? Consider Courtyard Farm and Norfolk Lavender. Sailing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
