Sedgeford is a tranquil village ideally situated in the north western corner of Norfolk, and is just four miles from some of the area s loveliest beaches, including Heacham which is also home to the well known Lavender Farm. Hunstanton is just five miles away, with a choice of shops, golf course, Sea Life centre and a glorious beach. Peddars Way, an ancient Roman road, runs through Sedgeford, leading onto the breath taking Norfolk Coastal Path. You could also explore the stunning Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which includes numerous fascinating nature reserves including Blakeney Point, Pensthorpe Natural Park and RSPB Titchwell. Houghton Hall, the Holkham Estate and Sandringham are nearby, or you could visit Dersingham, Burnham Market, King s Lynn, or Fakenham. On entering this spacious, welcoming and tastefully furnished holiday home, you will find yourself in a large entrance hall which features a charming dining area ideal for up to ten guests. Heading into the comfortable lounge/snug, you will find plenty of comfy seating, TV with satellite PVR box and PlayStation 3, which also serves as DVD/Blu ray, iPod dock and stereo. There s also a stylish kitchen with a central island, range oven with grill, ceramic hob and two ovens, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and an additional dining area for up to eight guests. Exploring this attractive property further you will find a drawing room with plenty of seating and a wood burner, with French doors leading to the garden. The washing machine and dryer are housed in the nearby utility room. There is also a ground floor WC. Going upstairs, you will find five cosy bedrooms on the first floor. There are two double rooms each with a king size bed, a further double room with a super king size bed, and two twin rooms. There s also a cot room. You will also find a bathroom with bath, hand held shower, bidet and WC, and a separate shower room with WC. Stepping outside, there s a gravel drive at the side of the house leading to a larger parking area to the rear. There s ample parking space for four cars. You will also find two terraced areas at the rear of the house with steps leading down to a grassed area which overlook horse paddocks to the rear. There s plenty of garden furniture and a BBQ on the terrace, making this a perfect space to unwind in and dine al fresco.
