Nestled away in a quiet corner of Grasmere, you will enjoy the comfortable accommodation this charming cottage has to offer, with exposed timber beams and beautiful décor. The River Rothay meanders nearby and you are surrounded by stunning scenery – where better to be placed?
The cottage adjoins another similar property, and enjoys the benefit of your own parking space. Leave the car behind and head off with plentiful walks and fells right on the doorstep, yet just a few moments away is the popular village of Grasmere with everything from tea shops to fine dining, and of course the famous ‘Grasmere Ginger Bread’. If you prefer to stay in, the secluded courtyard seating area is an ideal place to sit and enjoy the warmer evenings. Why not visit some of the many places that inspired Beatrix Potter, or for a more relaxing day out, take a trip on the nearby Windermere cruises, just remember to bring your camera. Beach 29 miles. Shop and pub 500 yards, restaurant 200 yards.
