This is an ideal place for all your family to enjoy a relaxing holiday from Grasmere, one of Lakeland’s prettiest villages.. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With wood burner, Freeview TV and beams.
Kitchen: Galley style with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Separate toilet.. First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. . Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner available locally. Highchair.. Small garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden and access is required through the garden to Garden End Stables (ref UK1331).. Before you even step over the threshold you have to pause for a moment to take in the stunning backdrop of the surrounding fells. This traditional stone cottage is full of character and features, with beamed ceilings and panelled walls, and is beautifully decorated. Outside there is a charming garden with seating area. The Coach House adjoins another similar property and comes with its own parking, so you can leave the car and explore one of the many walks that are available right from your doorstep. Just a few moments away is the popular village of Grasmere with everything from tea shops to fine dining, and of course the famous ‘Grasmere Ginger Bread’, or if you prefer, stay in and relax round the wood burner in the comfortable living room. Either way, you will be refreshed and ready for the next day’s adventure. Shop and pub 500 yards, restaurant 200 yards.
Coach House can be booked together with Grange End Stables (ref UK1331) to accommodate up to 8 guests.
