The house is a spacious modern Scandinavian style lodge on the edge of a holiday village comprising:
Large living room with sofas, TV, dining area with table seating 8, patio door.
Well equipped open plan kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc.
1 double and 1 twin bedroom downstairs, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom upstairs. Shower room/toilet downstairs, family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet and basin upstairs. Heated towel rail.
Patio at the rear is ideal for outdoor meals, overlooking adjoining farmland and countryside beyond.
Electric radiators in all rooms plus extra individual electric heaters if required.
There is also an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes horse and pegs.
Various reading books, games, jigsaws and playing cards. Brochures, maps and general information about local attractions.
All bed linen is included. Please bring your own swimming towels and tea towels.
Electricity is included in tariff.
High chair, travel cot and stair gate available for hire (£10 per item).
Use of all leisure facilities on site.
