Perfect for a socialising, the open plan sitting area is light and airy and offers plenty of space, opening onto a balcony for alfresco dining or sun-downer drink. The separate kitchen is contemporary. Located away from the roads and traffic noise, guests will enjoy a good night's sleep in the four ground floor bedrooms. Just a short walk from the on-site leisure facilities including indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, bar, shop and reception. During the school holidays there is a busy program of entertainment including quiz nights and karaoke plus sporting activities (seasonal, subject to availability, extra charges apply) including archery, rock climbing, canoeing and abseiling. Within a short drive is Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar or a little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible is the magical Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream.
