Tastefully decorated and furnished, and is set within 3 acres of well-maintained wooded grounds. The house is situated in Border Reiver land in magnificent open countryside and is a good central base for exploring the nearby Lake District, Hadrian’s Wall, Durham, the North Yorkshire Moors and the Galloway coast in Scotland. Historic Carlisle 6 miles. Shop and pub 3 miles.
