The Briar is a converted semi-detached out building forming part of a Grade II barn, sitting in the heart of a working farm. The fields in front slope down to the River Ecclesbourne which is a designated special landscape area full of natural wildlife. From the front gate, a public right of way gives access to a countryside littered with footpaths to enjoy. A west facing lawn in front of the magnificent barn can be used to sit, relax and enjoy the views into the evening sunshine. The Briar is ideally situated for access to the Peak District and many other attractions, Chatsworth House is less than an hour away, Derby city can be reached in 20 minutes.
