The Briar is a converted semi-detached out building forming part of a Grade II barn, sitting in the heart of a working farm. The fields in front slope down to the River Ecclesbourne which is a designated special landscape area full of natural wildlife. From the front gate, a public right of way gives access to a countryside littered with footpaths to enjoy. A west facing lawn in front of the magnificent barn can be used to sit, relax and enjoy the views into the evening sunshine.
