There is an unfenced stream in the grounds, 50 yards away. . For an adventurous day out, why not stroll along the Heritage coastal path and discover its natural beauty which is home to rare sea birds, bottlenose dolphins and grey seals. Visit the tranquil harbour resort of New Quay and indulge in one of its many cafés and restaurants that cling to the sides of the hills rising above the crystal blue waters of Cardigan Bay. The charming town of Aberaeron with its multi-coloured houses and attractive harbour is well worth a visit, as are the market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn, with their medieval castles and traditional Welsh pubs.
