Relax and enjoy driving through the spectacular scenery and stop off at one of the attractive villages to sample the local food and hospitality. Caldbeck Common and the village of Caldbeck (4 miles) offer a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The historic city of Carlisle (10 miles) is just south of Scotland. Bassenthwaite Lake and the Lakeland town of Keswick (19 miles) offer further attractions to enjoy. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
