Patio doors lead out from the living room onto the decking area and then down to the large lawn garden - an ideal spot to light a BBQ and dine alfresco. The Sun Room provides a delightful second sitting room, which also enjoys the same beautiful outlook. Sit back and watch the passing wildlife - buzzards and red kites are frequent visitors here. A circular walk passes nearby and leads down to the village - Aberporth, a popular and sought after holiday destination on the Cardigan Bay Heritage Coast, is home to shops, a post office, cafes, two pubs, restaurant, takeaways and leisure centre. The Ship Inn is a dog friendly and welcoming place to eat, drink and relax - sit under the heated terrace to enjoy the views of the sea and maybe spot a dolphin!
