Buy fresh produce from the farm shop and then finish the day with tea and cakes, or a meal in the restaurant. Medieval Haddon Hall is also close by. Buxton with its gardens and opera house 8 miles. Also close by is Matlock and its many attractions, antique shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and public houses. Take a stroll along the river where the cable car at Matlock Bath rises to the Heights of Abraham, or admire the views along the gorge known as Little Switzerland.
