This luxury accommodation on two floors is ideal for families or friends; the two bedrooms both having super king sized beds which can be split into singles if required (please advise at time of booking). Towels (including bathrobes) and bed linen are supplied; beds will be made up for your arrival. A tiled bathroom, with shower over bath, is shared between the two bedrooms.

The sitting room with gas log effect stove has a Sony Flat screen TV, free view, DVD, a small library, games and magazines. French doors lead to the garden with patio and garden furniture, where you can enjoy that glass of wine alfresco – relax, read a book, enjoy the view.

The fantastic large fully fitted dining/ kitchen has a Rangemaster gas cooker, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and quality crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and both plain and crystal glasses too. A starter pack with tea/coffee/hot chocolate, sugar, milk, shortbread and eggs awaits your arrival.

Another room for your boots also includes washing machine and tumble dryer plus a second iron and ironing board. There is also a ground floor toilet.

45 minutes drive from Glasgow Airport and city centre 15 minutes drive to Loch Lomond Balmaha east side of Loch Lomond. 10 minutes drive to Glengoyne Distillery. 3 miles from Strathendrick Gold Course and Buchanan Castle Golf Course. 3 miles Balfron Golf Course with honesty box.
