The dining area opens to a functional kitchen with an electric 2 ring hob built into a small freestanding oven. There is a double bedroom and shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Enjoy the beautiful views over open countryside from the pretty patio and garden, where you can relax with a chilled drink on the benches dotted around or dine alfresco in the sunshine. The villages of Stithians, Perranwell and Ponsanooth are nearby with shops, inns and restaurants. The Seven Stars pub in Stithians serves good pub food and local beer, and is a short drive or 20 minute walk from the property. Falmouth is just 7 miles away, a vibrant town with vast harbour, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Hop on a boat trip from the town quay to take in the spectacle from the water or to visit St Mawes and Truro by boat.
