The Sett is a lovely sympathetically converted barn, traditionally furnished and well equipped. The whole feel is cosy, welcoming and peaceful and we cannot imagine a more stress free environment in which to forget your troubles and relax totally. Surrounded by stunning countryside abounding with wonderful walks, The Sett is perfectly positioned for those who want true rural peace. Within a 20 minute drive of the property you have some beautiful places to visit. Looe is a bustling fishing town with a number of great pubs and restaurants. Polperro is one of Cornwall's quintessential harbour villages and a must visit for many. The beautiful harbour of Fowey can also be easily reached as there is a vehicle ferry from Bodinnick on the east bank of the estuary or a foot ferry from the village of Polruan. Accommodation Ground Floor Only: Open plan lounge / dining area with wood burning stove and separate kitchen. Double bedroom with 4'6" bed followed by a bathroom with over bath shower and separate WC. Exterior: The lawn with external furniture overlooks a lovely rural valley with farmland. A BBQ is available upon request from the Owner. Facilities & Services Heating is via night storage heating and the wood burning stove. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer / drier. The lounge area has a Smart TV, DVD player & CD. WiFi is available at the property. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is unlimited parking available, charging of electric cars not allowed from the property. Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be permitted at a small additional cost of £30 per dog / per week, however please contact us if you have more dogs.
