Converted to a high standard, the accommodation is set mostly over the ground floor and comprises an open plan living area with a beautiful well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and comfortable sitting area. The ground floor also includes two bedrooms; a king-size double which benefits from a spacious en-suite bathroom with a feature roll-top bath, and a second double, as well as a modern shower room. A quirky spiral staircase leads to a lovely twin mezzanine bedroom which has the added benefit of having an en-suite basin and WC. From this beautiful cottage you can access the Peak District National Park for long rambles across breathtaking open countryside, sample some of the country's grandest stately homes by visiting Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall, or you may wish to indulge in some retail therapy at the nearby Fox Valley shopping centre or Meadowhall Retail Park in Sheffield with its 230 shops and 50 places to eat and drink.
