Step outside, and the breath-taking views will sweep you away, layered by eye-catching farmland and a hill-side backdrop resting in the distance. Wander out into the small market village of Rhayader, which hosts little boutiques, a leisure centre and a swimming pool. Alternatively, a scenic drive will take you to the Welsh coast 34 miles away.
