The open plan living area leads out onto a courtyard-style garden and patio, where you can look across to the instantly recognisable peak of Skirrid Mountain, a perfect view to enjoy whilst planning your day ahead over a morning cup of tea. The Offa’s Dyke Path offers fabulous walks from your doorstep, which can be extended to the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) and Black Mountains with just a short drive. Fishing can also be arranged on the owner’s private stretch of the River Honddu, which runs through Pandy. The village boasts two pubs, so after a day exploring the area, you can unwind and enjoy the local village life. Pay a visit to the bustling market town of Abergavenny, known as the Gateway to Wales, or take a trip over The Blorenge to the World Heritage Centre of The Big Pit National Coal Museum, a tribute to the industrial heritage of South Wales. Take time out to explore the stunning Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) on foot or by bike, and the city of Cardiff is also within driving distance.
