Enjoy a day out at Symonds Yat rock, overlooking the beautiful River Wye, in the magnificent Royal Forest of Dean or the pretty riverside towns of Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye, as well as the historic city of Hereford. Further afield are the Black Mountains, Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) and the market town of Abergavenny, all of which offer great days out.
