Seagulls is an extensive house with delightful uninterrupted views over the Percuil River & Froe Creek in a quiet residential area of St Mawes. Only a few steps from Freshwater Boatyard, the property is ideal for those looking to get out on the water & is only a short walk to St Mawes harbour. It is an absolutely superb location where you can really relax, unwind and just watch the boats go by! Located in a very quiet corner of St Mawes, Seagulls has the benefit of views across the river from a number of rooms. The terraced mature garden leads down to a riverside footpath which takes you along the foreshore to The Priory. The centre of the village with its pubs and shops is approximately a 10 minute walk away along various short cut paths or about 15 minutes walk along the beautiful seafront. Please be aware that Seagulls is an older style property that might not have the level of fixtures and fittings of some of our other properties. However it does have the most fantastic position and views across the river. Please see all our photographs and our video tour for an accurate view of the property. Accommodation Ground Floor: The hallway leads to the kitchen with a separate dining area for up to eleven people. The large lounge has great views of the river with a good range of sofas, easy chairs, wood burning stove & patio doors leading onto a terrace which gives even better water views. The bedrooms consist of a 5ft double with stunning views, a twin, a bunk bedroom (2'6" size beds but suitable for adults) and a further room with a single and a "pull out" to provide beds for eight. There is a shower room with walk in double shower, WC & hand basin. Separate cloakroom with WC & hand basin.
