Large 5 Bedroom Sea Front Family Home in Aberdovey Village which sleeps 11., Aberdovey

The house is located in Aberdovey village. It's on the sea front and is south facing, benefiting from extensive views of the Dovey estuary and hills to the front of the house and to a small beach. The village of Aberdovey has many pleasant shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafes, and is about 400 yards from the property. Aberdovey was voted the third best place to live in the whole of the UK in a recent TV programme. There is a 5 mile length of golden beach adjacent the village which stretches to the village of Tywyn. Many water activities are available including sailing, fishing (including charter boats), wind surfing, and kite surfing. Other activities include walking, bird watching, pitch and putt, tennis, and bowls. Aberdovey championship links golf course is about a mile from the house, and visitors are made very welcome. The award winning Penhelig Arms hotel is about 100 yards away from Morlais, and is famous for its sea food.
