The perfect setting for a romantic break for two, the lodge has been completed to an exceptionally high standard and offers superb open-plan studio accommodation. On entering the property, guests are greeted by a stunning pine-vaulted interior, and it is apparent straight away that every need has been catered for from a Smart TV and WiFi to a sumptuous super-king-size bed and a sensational outdoor, solar-cover heated swimming pool , which is open 1st May to 30th September. You can imagine spending many happy hours chilling out in the pool or enjoying time eating and drinking alfresco under the eaves of the lodge while soaking up the rural views; holidays don’t get much more relaxing than this. The lodge is in the extensive grounds of the owner’s house who is happy to provide locally-sourced produce from one of a number of nearby farm shops, by prior arrangement so that you can look forward to delicious food prepared in the amply fitted kitchen. The delightful gardens are frequented by wildlife including red squirrels, hares, woodpeckers and badgers, and you might even catch sight of the stunning, white-tailed eagle soaring high above. There are some lovely walks straight from the door and nearby is Ryde, with its numerous attractions, glorious sandy beaches and a good selection of shops and restaurants, whilst the attractive harbour at Bembridge offers great facilities for boating enthusiasts. The Springs makes a great romantic base for two, whatever the weather.
