Silver Birch 1 is a great base if you’re after a relaxing break with the family. The open plan layout makes for a spacious and sociable environment. The well equipped kitchen opens out to a homely living space and a dining area with peaceful views of the surrounding parkland. ? The master bedroom, with separate dressing area and en suite bathroom, is spacious and contemporary, whilst the second bedroom, a twin, is great for children or adults. There is also cenrtal heating throughout. ? On the patio at the back of the lodge, you’ll find your very own private hot tub – ultimate relaxation, whatever the weather. The patio is also a great setting for evening meals during sunnier months. ? Within the grounds is a selection of brilliant facilities at your disposal. For the warmer months, a large heated outdoor swimming pool and children's paddling pool with sun terrace is available for you to soak up the sun. Swimming is not restricted to just the summer months as the beautiful Finnish Pine clad indoor pool is open all year. ? Silver Birch 1 is perfectly situated to enjoy many of the attractions within Devon, Dorset and Somerset. ?Within a half an hour drive of Pinewood Holiday Homes, you'll find the stunning gardens of Pecorama, the Beer Quarry Caves, Crealy Great Adventure Park and Bicton Park. The World of Country Life at Exmouth is also within easy reach, where you will find stunning gardens and over two acres of indoor attractions and play areas. ?
