This property is located in the beautiful mid Dorset countryside surrounded by far reaching views. The rural location is perfect for those who enjoy country walks and a gate at the edge of the property s extensive gardens leads directly onto a network of footpaths. One of the main draws of Dorset is the spectacular World Heritage Jurassic Coast and the beaches at Weymouth, West Bay, and Lulworth Cove are all located within thirty miles of the property, each offering their own unique seaside experience. On arrival at this barn conversion property, guests first come to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its beamed ceiling, wood burner effect electric fire, TV/DVD, comfy seating area and dining table seating four. The kitchen area occupies one corner of the room and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. The property has two bedrooms, the first of these being a double bedroom with sumptuous four poster bed and a door leading to the outside seating area. The second bedroom, meanwhile, is a cosy bunk room. The bathroom, located close to the bedrooms, offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is a private unenclosed garden with a patioed seating and a lawn, for which the owners have provided garden furniture. Beyond this, there are extensive shared gardens for guests to enjoy, which include two lakes, and a children s play area with a climbing frame, slide, and plenty of space for playing games. A wonderful addition to the property is the shared indoor heated swimming pool, which is open daily from 8.30am 8pm, although guests should be aware that this may sometimes be booked out for private use. (There is an up to date timetable provided onsite). There are ample parking facilities.
