No. 2 Prospect House is a beautifully furnished ground floor apartment situated in the award-winning Prospect House development.? The building sits in a prime position, perched on a cliff top offering spectacular sea views over Start Bay and with both a front and rear terrace, the unique selling point here is most definitely the ability to enjoy the views from sunrise to sunset. Inside, the apartment is furnished to the highest standards in a contemporary New England style. The light and airy open plan living space gives access to a furnished terrace. This is the ideal place to dine especially at breakfast while admiring the spectacular sea views. The bustling seaside town of Salcombe is a short drive away, with a picturesque harbour and abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants to explore.
