Dolphin Court is a small block of apartments located in a prestigious position by Brixham Yacht Club. Temporary membership is available for the Yacht Club at the price of ?5 per person per week.? This top floor apartment has spectacular sea views right across the bay to Torquay. Each main window?offers a?breathtaking vision of the sea. ?The replica of Sir Francis Drake's Golden Hind and the shops, caf?s and restaurants are just a couple of minute's walk away. Whilst the allocated parking space means you can always park your car after a day out, with the pleasant coastal walks, you may find Brixham has so much to offer within walking distance that you won’t use it at all. This apartment is reached by four flights of stairs, each of seven steps, leading to the apartment which is furnished and redecorated to the highest of standards in contemporary neutral colours. ? Two folding patio chairs and a table can be used to enjoy the bay view on the walkway outside the apartment. Heating is by night storage heaters.
