Boasting stunning views of the Newton Creek, Estuary View is a fantastic family holiday home resting in the wonderful village of Newton Ferrers, Devon. Here you can cook up a storm in the amply fitted kitchen whilst the utility takes care of all your sandy clothes. A large dining table is ideal for a family meal, and afterwards why not recline in the sitting area or enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage on the decking with breath-taking views of the river, whilst the little ones make the most of the games room? You will be delighted to find not only a great selection of games, but a pool table and even a telescope allowing you to stargaze from the decking, and there is also a multi-level lawn ideal for picnics. Ascend the stairs to find four bedrooms, including a double with a contemporary en-suite, a double with a cloakroom, a twin bunk room sleeping four and a bunk room with a double lower bunk, sleeping three, and there is also a bathroom where you can take a soak amongst the bubbles. Newton Ferrers is a lovely village with a local shop, pub, and riverside walks. Within easy reach of the property, you will find the wonderful Celler Beach where the rocky scenery is simply gorgeous, and history lovers will enjoy a trip to the Church of St Peters. Further from the property you will find the bustling city of Plymouth where there is a selection of historic sites, including the Mayflower Steps Memorial, the Royal Citadel and walks through the Laira Heritage Trail. Plymouth also sports a great many eateries, shops, and coastal views, however if you love animals, then a visit to Dartmoor Zoo is a must. From here there are several walks through Dartmoor National Park, and you can indulge in sightseeing and wildlife spotting at sites such as Brisworthy Stone Circle, Burrator Reservoir and Yelverton Rock. There truly is a great selection on offer for guests at the scenic Estuary View.
