It is south-facing and light and airy, offering a private and tranquil retreat while being conveniently located for exploring near or far afield. Recently fully refurbished, it offers a high standard of accommodation for friends and family to enjoy, providing everything you need to enjoy your time away.
Upon arrival, you are greeted by an allocated parking area for one car. A cosy lounge can be found on the ground floor, where you can sink into the sumptuous sofa and enjoy your favourite show or movie playing out on the TV after a long day exploring the area. After unwinding in the lounge, wander through to find your fully fitted kitchen awaits you, providing everything you need to rustle up those home-cooked meals. A welcome pack is provided, which also includes breakfast essentials. Not fancy cooking? Why not treat yourself at a local restaurant or café a short drive away? Serve those home cooked meals in the conservatory while you enjoy a picturesque view of the garden. The study can also be found on the ground floor, which comprises a sofa, desk area and single bed. The family bathroom can also be found on the same floor, comprising a shower, wall-mounted heated towel rail, low-level toilet, and wash hand basin.
When sleep calls, sink and rest your head, reset ready for an action-packed day ahead. Choose from three bedrooms, all with plenty of storage space for your personal belongings during your stay. One king-sized bedroom and one twin room on the first floor. In addition, you have a full size single bed in the study.
There are plenty of things to see and do in and around Tinwell. If you’re looking for a bit of fresh air and exercise, head to Rutland Water Nature Reserve. It’s a beautiful spot for a walk, picnic, or bike ride. Alternatively, you could visit Barnsdale Gardens, which is a beautiful garden with a wide variety of plants and flowers. If you’re interested in history, check out the nearby town of Stamford, which is full of beautiful old buildings and has a rich history. You could also visit the Burghley House, a grand stately home with impressive architecture and stunning gardens. For a more relaxed day, head to the local pub, which is a lovely place to enjoy a pint or a meal.

Browne's Hospital and Museum and Burghley House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rutland Water Golf Course and Thorpe Wood Golf Course.
