Summary:
Great 2 bedroom flat situated to the North of Cambridge. Perfect location for the Cambridge business and science parks. Just a stones throw from the Cambridgeshire guided bus way, providing quick links (10 minutes) to the historic Cambridge city centre or out into the surrounding areas.
There is wifi, smart TV and Amazon Alexa. There is one dedicated parking space as well as ample on street parking for all guests. There is a children's playpark visible from the flat for our younger visitors.
The Space:
The living room is comfortable and homely and boasts a Juliet balcony with a view of the sunset in the evening. Some of the sunset skies are truly amazing.
Guest Access:
Guests enter the building via a communal hallway and it is then two flights of stairs to the top and flat 50.
Other Things to Note:
Tea, coffee and sugar will be provided.
The living room has a sofa bed available if requested
