We feel one of the best features of this lodge is the location . The woods the lodge backs onto is dense , this gives the decking /Patio and hot tub area a privacy with out a fence .
Laying in the hottub secluded by the trees is an experience not to be missed .
From the bedroom window in morning there are dear roaming in the woods just a few meters from the lodge .
We added some ambiance with an old Victorian lamppost with flickering flame bulbs .
Located in Morpeth, this lodge is in a rural area. Alnwick Playhouse and Bailiffgate Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Willowburn Sports and Leisure Centre and Macdonald Linden Hall Golf Course. Eshott Heugh Animal Park and Lilidorei at The Alnwick Garden are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking/biking trails in the area.
