A cosy farm cottage all on the ground level. Wagtail looks out onto fields and is situated on a small organic arable farm. Ideal for families, friends looking for a comfortable holiday cottage or couples in need of a getaway. The cottage is pet friendly and can accommodate up to two dogs.

There are two double bedrooms, one twin room, one ensuite shower room and one family bathroom.

Bedlinen, towels, all heating, electricity and unlimited wifi access are included in the rental price. Laura will provide a starter pack of toilet roll, tea towels, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. There will also be fresh flowers, our own eggs and a pint of milk in the fridge ready for your arrival.

Thornton Farm is 5 miles south west from Berwick-upon-Tweed. It is an organic arable farm run by the Smales Family. Thornton is 50 miles from Edinburgh and 50 miles from Newcastle. It is a short drive from Norham

Berwickshire Coastal Path and Magdalene Fields Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit The Swan Centre for Leisure and Eyemouth Museum. Traveling with kids? Consider Eyemouth Maritime Centre and Coldingham Priory. Scuba diving and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain biking nearby.
