Town: Little Stretton, just 14 miles south of Shrewsbury, sits at the foot of the Long Mynd Hills, which are known for their breathtaking beauty and rolling countryside walks. There are two great pubs in the village, as well as a charming church. Anyone who loves the outdoors will love exploring the thousands of acres of National Trust moorland and woodlands that make up this stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which features alpine-style hills and valleys. Church Stretton, dubbed "Little Switzerland" by the Victorians because of its picturesque setting, is a charming town nearby.
