The village of Pontesbury is just one mile away and offers further amenities, including takeaways and restaurants, plus Arscott Golf Club, Springlea Fishing Pools and the Pontesbury cycle/footpath. Close by is The Long Mynd, which is a haven for walkers and wildlife watchers. There are plenty of interesting things to do in the area with the National Trust's Attingham Park and Wroxeter Roman City.

This apartment is located in Shrewsbury. Old Bell Museum and Attingham Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Shrewsbury Darwin Walk and Glyndwr's Way. Harry Tuffins Country Park and Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery are also worth visiting.
